Weekly 1 hour coaching call to assess your current state and goals. 

From observation and awareness, slowly crafting a lifestyle that suits your new identity, by using a combination of practices, tools, and coaching through challenges, mentoring, and consulting.

PHASE 1 BUILD FOUNDATIONS 1 MONTH

  • Assess current state and goals.

  • Determined area of focus that will contribute the most to your objectives.

  • Exploration & awareness of what hurts you and what brings you closer to your goals.

  • Design & facilitate zero resistance habits.

  • Facilitate body identity shift.

PHASE 2 NAVIGATE AND INTEGRATE 1 to 5 MONTHS

  • Implementing routines (Morning, evening, moving, eating, cooking…)

  • Execute strategies for exercise, nutrition & recovery

  • Master tools to create changes in habits and behaviour, techniques of mind control, create identity shift and cultivate a mindset that will support your transformation.

PHASE 3 CLOSE & LEVEL UP 2 WEEKS

  • Strategies for sustainability.

  • Assess results and learning points.

  • Gather feedback.

  • Identify area for learning.

  • Create a vision for the next level.
